RMAF Individual Award Nomination

AWARD NOMINATIONS REQUIRE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE

Nominees must be associated as an employee, volunteer, board member or staff of a member fair, festival or service member currently in good standing with the RMAF.

NOMINEE PROFILE—Must be attached to qualify for review & include the following information:

1. Present and past fair experience, employment, and achievements that the candidate has contributed to the organizations mentioned.

2. Nominee's achievements or involvement in the fair industry such as positions held in national, regional or state fair organizations etc. should be included.

3. Nominee’s achievements, involvement and contributions within their community.

ADDITIONAL SUPPORT MATERIALS

1. Any other comments or letters of reference that would add a positive position to the candidates profile are encouraged and recommended.
